In the second week of September, Karhupuisto celebrated urban culture and cinema.

Held for the second time, Kallio’s own film festival attracted thousands of spectators to outdoor screenings on Wednesday and Thursday. The festival week also featured numerous Nordic premieres and discussion events. Screenings took place at venues including Kallio Church, the tent of Theatre Sirkus Suosalo, the Alō Hall on Pengerkatu, and Kallio Library. The week culminated in a unique open-air film night at Suvilahti DIY.
